State vs. the People
The New Left is Not Dead

After having lived through 12 years of Nazi state glorification, which was not exactly made popular by the enforcing agency, the secret state police, Gestapo, followed by the same principle in Communist East Germany with the state security police, Stasi - I smell a rat, listening to Kofi Annan, secretary general of the United Nations, a socialist like Lenin and Hitler only with a different version. About a year ago he stated …"When states decide to use force to deal with broader threats to international peace and security, there is no substitute for the unique legitimacy provided by the United Nations…"According to him the most important instrument for dealing with these threats and for achieving peace and security is the Security Council.

Of course there are members in this council who are experts in state security like China, which liquidated 25% of the Tibetan population considering them to be a threat to peace and it's security; or Syria, which harbors terrorist organizations to deal with the threat of Israel's existence in the midst of the Arab Muslim states; or Russia, the heartland of what was the Soviet Union, which is run today by the same KGB, who secured the existence of the state, called Soviet Union, and its security for about 80 years - about fifty million people lost their lives in the process.

Jacques Chirac, President of France, a country, which is spearheading the elimination of God in a European constitution, has the political mentality of the nineteenth century, which produced two world wars. He considers Iraq as a cake to be divided and not as an advance of freedom. To get to the cake he has to get the US out of the way and so he declared, "there is no alternative to the United Nations". This conglomerate of mostly illegal non-democratic states has of course no legitimacy whatsoever and the community of nations, which they pretend to represent, does not exist. There is a small minority of countries where governments are chosen by popular vote, but the state of law, which should go with it, is more and more riddled with holes, so that government dictatorship in various degrees becomes the rule of the day. The power of states increases, the rights of people decrease.

After being told several times by President Bush how ineffective his organization is Annan announced his intention to prepare a proposition to the General Assembly by autumn of 2004, which is supposed to make the UN effective in dealing with international problem situations like Iraq. It doesn't need much imagination to guess what that proposition is going to look like. I am pretty sure that the blue print for it has been in the drawer of his office desk long before he became secretary general. He wants to levy direct taxes on the global "rich", you and I, and he wants a standing army under his control, and then we shall be well on the way to global dictatorship. His bureaucrats have already been working for years on the articulation of their intention to disarm all civilians in the world, having the American citizens as the main target. They are helped by Hollywood. If there ever was an ideological film then "Runaway Jury" is one. It reminded me of the Nazi film "Jud Suess" which was made to make Germans hate Jew Suess in particular and the Jews in general. In the Hollywood film the gun makers have taken the place of the Jews.

The United Nations are built on the same lie, on which Lenin, Mao Tse Tung, Hitler, Castro and others built their godless states and societies, the lie, that there is no God, who directs the destiny of all nations. Kofi Annan is a liar, and I say that all those who do not look through the UN charade are liars also. We are close to making the rule of the lie with our tax money permanent for mankind. It is Godlessness vs. freedom, states vs. the people. It is the Constitution vs. arbitrary manipulation of power. It is a godless organization of godless states vs. the revolutionary proposition of free people in a nation under God. The purpose of God with the destiny of America at stake and the purpose of Kofi Annan and his crowd exclude each other, they are incompatible.

Annan and the United Nations do not represent a 'community of nations' as they propagate. This term is as much a fantasy as was Hitler's 'community of people' or is the communist concept of a 'classless society'. They represent states whose governments in their majority are not democratic with leaders of which many are close to the immorality and ruthlessness of a Hitler and a Lenin. Some are at war with each other. They represent narrow national or ideological self-interests since politics around the world are being conducted on that basis. They pretend to have the common good of the world at heart. They don't. They are liars. They don't even have the good of their own people at heart. Why bother to ask them about matters they have opinions about but no wisdom?

America's Constitution and free society is exposed to a pincer attack. From outside through member states of the United Nations including some of our European allies, who want to destroy our sovereignty and make America one of the pack. From inside by those forces who are as godless as they through subversion of our institutions and people. Not many people see the link: godlessness. Immorality is the common denominator. Both forces merge in their attempt to create a secular godless society with them in power. "Counterculture forces have become dominant in our society and they are getting their way," says David Limbaugh. "We are changing the laws and fabric of our society as a result." Ordering the removal of the Ten Commandments Monument from the Alabama Supreme Court Building District Judge Myron Thompson reasoned, that the monument is "nothing less than an obtrusive year-round religious display." I don't know which one of the commandments bothers him the most - but he should be impeached because of violating the Constitution.

California Supreme Court Justice Janice Rogers Brown said in a speech to the Federalist Society at the University of Chicago Law School that "where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates, and our ability to control our destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege, war in the streets, unapologetic expropriation of property, the precipitous decline of the rule of law, the rapid rise of corruption, the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit." It is a factual description of reality around the world, not a personal opinion. And we are in the middle of adding a super state on top what we already have. The inside destroyers of the foundations of free society, like Senator Schuemer from New York, who wants to filibuster any judicial nomination by the president to any court, who does not subscribe to abortion on demand, now threaten to filibuster the appointment of Judge Brown to the Circuit Court of Appeals. The absence of moral standards is no different from the same absence in the members of the United Nations. Their purpose is power for themselves by getting God and his commandments out of the way. That is why I am saying that American Free Society is facing a pincer attack by the same godlessness.

The United Nations directly operates on two levels - the political and the social. Most people only look at the political operation. But on both levels documented policy statements show a deadly enemy of all what America stands for. From the UN world conferences, whether they are on environment, children, human rights, social developments, women, global warming or whatever come a stream of rules not only opposed to our Constitution but destructive for the moral compass of America. And what is destructive for American society is destructive for any society. The United Nations is leading the attempt to destroy the traditional family, promoting abortion, homosexuality, child sex and rebellion against parents, distributing condoms and pornographic literature and spreading Aids through soldiers of their "peace keeping" missions. The last in a long line of interferences in national affairs by un-elected bureaucrats, which I saw, was an order by some UN agency to Canada to ban parents from spanking children. A gutless Canadian government complies.

To live as a nation and as society by God's commandments and by the Constitution without cutting corners for whatever good sounding reasons is the only way for America to stay free, make the American revolution prevail and bring freedom to the last corner of the world.
