Phil
Johnson is Professor of Law, Emeritus at the University of California
at Berkeley. After earning his degrees from Harvard and the University
of Chicato, Professor Johnson cleerked for Chief Justice Earl Warren
of the U.S. Supreme Court. He has served as deputy district attorney
while onleave from his teaching duties, and has held visiting professorships
at Emory University and University College, London. An author of several
books including, Reason in the Balance, the Case Against Naturalism in
Science, Law & Education; Evolution as Dogma; and Darwin on Trial.
