TAKE ACTION! Call this week - Immigration Bill HR4437

Rep. James Sensenbrenner's "Border Protection, Antiterrorism, and Illegal Immigration Control Act" (H.R. 4437) has passed the House of Reps and is on its way to the Senate. Foreign lobbyists are embarking on the Capitol this week who do NOT like this bill because it passed WITHOUT "guest worker" amnesty provisions attached.

There are two main bills competing against it: the McCain/Kennedy "Secure America and Orderly Immigration Act" which practically hands future citizenship rights to illegals, and the Cornyn/Kyl "Comprehensive Enforcement and Immigration Reform Act" allows illegal aliens to participate in a "guest worker" program, making them eligible for "Deferred Mandatory Departure" (DMD), which allows temporary residence of up to 5 years with no future migration penalty.
