TAKE ACTION! - H.R.3093 Free Border Agents Ramos and Compean.
Sponsored by Rep. Ted Poe, R-Texas, and co-sponsored by Reps. Tom Tancredo, R-Colo., and Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., the amendment is aimed at prohibiting the federal government from spending any federal funds to keep Ramos and Compean imprisoned.

Agents Ramos and Compean are currently serving 11- and 12-year prison sentences for wounding a drug smuggler running more than 750 pounds of marijuana across the border.

The future of Internet radio is in immediate danger! RightMarch.comreports: Royalty rates for webcasters have been drastically increased by a recent ruling and are due to go into effect THIS WEEK -- retroactive to Jan 1, 2006! If the increased rates remain unchanged, the majority of webcasters will go bankrupt and silent on this date. The Copyright Royalty Board (CRB) has already increased Internet radio's royalty burden between 300 and 1200 percent, which is already  more than double what satellite radio pays.
