Ask him or her to introduce it at your next board of supervisors meeting and work to pass it as a county ordinance, then homosexual "marriage" licenses cannot be issued in your county! The California Constitution says that counties can make and enforce local ordinances that are not in conflict with California statutes -- and the statutes still say that marriage is exclusively for a man and a woman.
