Adopt a Chaplain
What a concept! Supporting those who support our troops on the ground, day in and day out.
From Adopt-a-Chaplain website: By Adopting Chaplains (and their families) we pray for and communicate with them regularly. We send modern day "care packages" to chaplains serving in the Middle East. They distribute the items to our troops.
Since its inception in January 2005, Adopt-a-Chaplain has mailed more than 4,500 boxes to chaplains deployed overseas. That is more than 30 tons of food, toiletries, clothing, specially-requested items, and gifts for distribution to local people.
