Eugenics has been promoted not just as a philosophy, but as a system of state control, where reproduction must be guided by the 'wiser' of mankind - the academic and ruling elites in the name of saving the planet, or saving mankind - such as top scientist. Dr. Eric Pianka, who gave a speech to the Texas Academy of Science in which he advocated the need to exterminate 90% of the population through the airborne ebola virus. His chilling comments received an enthusiastic reception from the audience!

Pianka gleefully advocated airborne ebola as his preferred method of exterminating the necessary 90% of humans, choosing it over AIDS because of its faster kill period. Ebola victims suffer a tortuous death as the virus kills by liquefying the internal organs.
