Because of our supporters we are able to send a check and Christmas gifts to a wonderful work in Mumbai, India, that rescues the children of prostitutes out of the red light districts there. As you can see by the thank you note below, Vera Fernandes, the Director, and the girls are very grateful.
Thank you so very much for your wonderful Christmas package. We received it and were so blessed. The girls were so excited. I told them you were the one who sent them last year the beanie babies. So they felt very special that you remembered us again this year. The girls and me loved the gifts.
Will be in touch with you more.
We wish you a Wonderful New Year filled with every one of His Blessings!

"The world is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil, but because of those who look on and do nothing."-Albert Einstein
Where do you think are the most dangerous places for children to live? Or the most dangerous circumstances for children to be in?
How can you measure between the homeless slums in Russia where children live in gutters, or the dirty slums of India where children are sold as prostitutes? Or between Americaninner-cities where children attend schools overrun by gangs, or poverty-laden lands in Africa where hundreds of children die daily for want of food and medical care.
While none of us canremedy all the dangerous places and conditions for children in the world such as listed above, each of us can do something to make the world a better place for children, even if only for one child.
All The Little Children Ministries, an affiliate of Kids for the Kingdom, which financially supports children outreaches around the world that are run by indigenous people in their country, was founded recentlyby Rich and Brenda Consani in Windsor, California. They are an example of caring individuals who want to make a difference.
Currently they are focusing on two outreaches, including a ministry in Mumbai, India that rescues children of prostitutes in the red light district of Kamathipura. There are an estimated 100,000 women there and an estimated 400,000 men that enter that area each day. More than 70% of these women haveAIDS and are dying.
Many have contacted theoutreach in Mumbai, asking them to take their children and give them a home. Run by a woman who was born in India, raised in the United States, and returned to India to help the children of that country, she and her staff supply food, clothes, education and shelter for these children as well as teach them about God, thanks to the efforts of the Consanis and others. They also minister to the women of the red light district.
As Edward Everett Hale said, "I am only one, But still I am one. I cannot do everything, But still I can do something; And because I cannot do everything I will not refuse to do the something that I can do."
Let that be a motto for all of us.
